Hi there
Please make all downloads available in different resolutions, otherwise i will quit my subscription. A max width of 1920 pixels and 72dpi will be not enough, if I want to use my fliers for print.
Thanks!

I for one feel as though it's a huge scam to offer mockups at a monthly premium price, only to have them look like they were taken on a potato/android once downloaded
Almost all of my images are going to have to be scaled down due to the 12MB Limit. What kind of toddler doodle images is PlaceIt expecting professional graphic designers to come forward with? What a joke.

how to download designs in 300 dpi

I love the concept of PlaceIt, but if potential customers see low resolution clothing, etc., mock-ups on display, that’s a likely immediate turnoff for them & customer loss for me. High resolution’s an absolute necessity.

I bought it specially cor mockups and maybe use some of the graphic materials. While contacting customer support, they said they removed exporting in 300 dpi. This is not at all useful

I cannot believe this. Last time I used Place It the resolution was great, so I blindly paid for a subscription for pictures I CANNOT USE. Even though the pixels are large, it doesn't matter. I have to reduce the image size for certain platforms and higher resolution is absolutely imperative. In my estimation, you went from the best mock up website to the worst. Please email past subscribers if you change the policy and I will re-subscribe. Otherwise I have no way of knowing and will never use it again.

What’s the point of having a design tool without being able to download hi res images?

Yes. We need 300dpi for best quality printing.

I absolutely agree. The image quality is not good. Besides, the site is super slow and not up to par compared to other services in this industry.

I am not going to pay subscription if I cannot get the quality I desire. This is funny that they don't have the option to download you mock up in 300 dpi. I really don't know what am I paying, I could get same blurry images on other free platforms.

YES! Need to be able to download mockups for print purposes. A 72dpi image, no matter the scale is pointless for print.

Placeit should provide high quality image (300dpi) download feature, otherwise it is wastage of time

Totally agree!
I’ve been using mock-ups for Etsy for the last year, but my pics are so blurry compared to others.
I’m now looking at alternatives as the quality is poor when saved at that size(Edited by admin) -

PlaceIt is quite simply a waste of time if I can't download pngs that are 300 dpi.

I want to have the option to upscale my mockup to a higher resolution, I'm finding that many of the mockups I'm using are not super detailed.

Placeit says you can use Diane’s for t-shirts when the quality is only 72 dpi.

Totally agree, I think with better quality images you would see a huge rise in subscribers. The current quality is ok for some mock up templates but some look really distorted and blurry. The increase to 300DPI would be a game changer.
